Pre-order & Custom Made
Our cosplay costumes fall into three categories: In Stock, Pre-order, and Custom Made.
- Pre-order Items: A deposit is required to lock your order. The balance will be collected within the agreed time after the pre-order period ends, and we will arrange shipping upon receiving the balance. Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in order cancellation, with the deposit non-refundable.
- Custom Made Costumes: Contact customer service to confirm detailed requirements and price. A 50% deposit is needed to start production after both parties confirm all details. Full payment is required before shipping upon completion. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if you refuse to purchase the finished costume.
